Cultivating Character in the Digital Age

DEADLINE: August 18

John Templeton Foundation Call for Proposals. The Character Virtue Development of JTF invites proposals from organizations around the world for projects on youth thriving in the digital age. The Foundation is especially interested in making progress in two broad areas:

(a) providing youth, and individuals who work with youth, with the resources and tools needed to cultivate character in the digital age; and

(b) supporting research that moves beyond a narrow focus on “screen time” to a more nuanced exploration of the relevant factors and underlying mechanisms that explain the relationship between aspects of digital technology and growth in character.
